1. Onyx is a financial technology company, and is not a bank. Banking services provided by i3 Bank and Piermont Bank, Members FDIC. The Onyx Visa Debit Card is issued by i3 Bank and Piermont Bank, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. and may be used everywhere Visa is accepted. FDIC insurance is available for funds on deposit up to $250,000 through i3 Bank and Piermont Bank.

2.Annual Percentage Yield (APY) of 2.01% is effective as of 11/13/2023. This is a variable rate and may change after the account is opened. Fees could affect earnings on the account.

3. Onyx is not an investment adviser. However, We have a relationship with Atomic Invest LLC (“Atomic Invest”), an SEC-registered investment adviser, to bring you investing features. Atomic Invest provides all investment advisory services. We are not affiliated with Atomic Invest, but we receive compensation as a percentage of assets managed by Atomic Invest for promoting Atomic Invest’s investment advisory services.
